Product Availability

Most of our products are available or can be made to order, unless explicitly marked as "out of stock." We want to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. If you need a specific size or require customized sizing, especially for bodysuits, these items may be available for pre-order.

If you're in a hurry and require delivery within the next 24 hours, we recommend confirming availability via our chat support before finalizing your order. We're here to assist you promptly and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Customized Sizing

We understand that everyone's body is unique, and standard sizes may not always fit perfectly. That's why we offer the option for slight adjustments to your selected size, especially for bodysuits tailored to shorter or longer torsos. 

To ensure a great fit, please inform us of any specific sizing requirements or issues you've encountered with standard sizes before completing your order. You can do this through our chat, providing your measurements following our size chart guidelines. It's important to note that adjustments can only be made to new and unworn garments, ensuring that you receive a customized fit that suits your needs.

Product Out of Stock

Please note that at times, certain materials needed for our products may be temporarily out of stock. During such periods, the product will be marked 'out of stock' until we restock the materials. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue crafting exquisite lingerie for you.

Photograph Accuracy Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure that the product photos on our website faithfully represent our items, please keep in mind that the technical characteristics and color settings of your device may lead to slight variations in how the products appear. Rest assured, these minor discrepancies do not hold SORT accountable, as they are a result of technical factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

Upon confirmation of the Order, the Order is submitted to SORT for processing and cannot be further cancelled, make sure to complete the purchasing process accurately, especially your shipping address, as we can't be responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.

If you have sizing concerns, leave a comment during ordering, and we'll contact you to confirm your measurements. We may adjust the size of items if you've indicated uncertainty during ordering.

SORT reserves the right to decline orders if:

a) Products are unavailable or temporarily out of stock.

b) Expected delivery time exceeds your acceptable timeframe.

In such cases, we'll notify you by email within 30 days. For partial cancellations, you'll only be charged for purchased products. We're committed to your satisfaction and a secure shopping experience.

Method of Payment

SORT, a registered company in Ireland, processes all transactions in euros. While you can view prices in other currencies, please note that the final transaction will be in euros. We offer various payment options, including credit/debit cards, Pay Now by Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

For customers in Dubai who prefer dirhams, we offer payment via bank transfers or cash upon order pickup.

When paying with a credit card, confirm that you are the cardholder, and ensure accurate information, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Charges occur only after data verification, card issuer authorization, and product availability confirmation.


We are committed to delivering your lingerie orders within a timeframe of 1 to 30 days, and we'll keep you informed should any delays arise. In cases where products are available at different times, we'll split the shipment and promptly notify you via email. You will also receive a tracking code for real-time delivery updates. If you prefer, you can choose to collect  your items at our Dubai studio.

If you need an urgent delivery, please select the expedited shipping option during checkout. Once you or a designated recipient receives the order, you assume responsibility for its condition.

Product Conformity

At the time of delivery, check the Products in order to ascertain that they match the articles ordered and that they do not show any manufacturing defects.

In the event of discovering any manufacturing defects, you have the right to request product repair, or replacement at no additional cost, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively costly compared to the alternative. In cases where the law applies, you may also choose to retain the product with a reasonable reduction in price, to be agreed upon between you and SORT. Please ensure you notify SORT of any lack of conformity within 2 days of receiving your order.

Important details to note:​

  • Changes or adjustments can only be facilitated at our Dubai studio.

  • For lingerie items, returns are exclusively accepted for manufacturing defects. In such cases, please specify the problem for us to address accordingly. Refunds are not applicable if the issue results from mishandling of the product.

  • To guarantee a perfect fit, we strongly recommend measuring yourself and confirming your size before placing your order. This step significantly contributes to your satisfaction with our products.

Returns and refunds

If you encounter any fit issues, please review the following exchange and return policies:

  1. We want your lingerie to fit perfectly. If you experience fit issues, please contact us within two days of receiving your order through our chat or Instagram @sort.lngerie. Be sure to include photos or videos highlighting the fit problem for our assessment. 

  2. Exchange Request: For fit-related issues, fill out our exchange request form, available on our website. Specify the details of the fit problem and the products you'd like to exchange. We'll provide a suitable solution to address the fit issue.

  3. If you're within the UAE, we accept exchanges for fit-related issues. Simply return the item within seven days of receiving your order to our Dubai studio. For international orders, we only accept returns. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Please note the following important details:

  • We do not accept exchanges for underwear bottoms or any worn items for hygiene reasons.

  • Fit-related issues must be reported within two days of receiving your order.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we provide a store credit code for future purchases.

  • For orders within the UAE, exchanges are accepted. For international orders, we only accept returns.
