We're here to assist you with exchanges in case of fit issues or manufacturing defects. To be eligible for an exchange, you must request it within two days of receiving your order.

To facilitate an exchange, please ensure that items are returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition. It's essential to include all packaging and merchandise originally shipped with your order.

Please note that items on sale or with discounts are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for underwear bottoms, nipple covers, or items that have been washed or worn.

If your return doesn't meet these conditions, we'll hold the package for you to pick up, and no refund will be issued.


We understand the importance of a perfect fit. If you experience any manufacturing defects or fit-related issues, please reach out to us within two days of receiving your order via our chat or Instagram @sort.lingerie.


Include photos or videos to help us assess the fit issue. For fit-related concerns, complete the Exchange Request Form on our website, specifying the details and desired exchange products. We'll promptly provide a suitable solution.

Depending on your location, we offer different solutions. UAE customers can initiate exchanges for fit-related issues by returning the item to our Dubai studio within seven days. We offer complimentary shipping on direct exchanges on UAE orders.

For international orders, we don't provide exchanges; however, we do accept returns, and you'll receive a store credit code in return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
